Eh? of course it totally matters what his gpu and cpu are. There you go fallout 4 running, 4gb of ram @1080p. Yes its using virtual ram, but its running and playing at 60fps. Okay its on low detail and stuttering and dropping fps now and then, but its playing.2 Aug 2019
